This is a sale catalog for an auction held at Christie’s Los Angeles on May 16, 2001. Sale code: ACRYIC- 9708. The sale featured the Archive of Raymond Loewy (1893- 1986). About 70 lots of Raymond Loewy ephemera including drawings of the S1 Locomotive for Pennsylvania Railroad, and the Greyhound Sceniccruiser ca. 1935, the RL 1934 Hupmobile classic, the Avanti car for Studebaker, and other concept cars, a group of NASA ephemera from the period when Loewy, with John F. Kennedy’s recommendation started working on the Saturn Apollo Skylab mission, including 23 notebooks with Loewy’s photographs and drawings, etc. The sale also had furniture by William Haines (66 lots), and furniture by James Mont. 262 lots in the complete sale. Almost all illustrated in color.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. It should also be in the original package.
